I'm embarrassed to admit that I've become that girl...that girl with her claws out and ready to lash out at anyone who has even remotely exhibited an uninvited glance in my direction. My only logical excuse is to blame it on the hours of relentless studying...but it's just completely strange that studying can seriously cause some emotional/personality imbalance? It has only been a week... and if I can't control it soon, I'll be sad and alone by the time I take the bar. Any suggestions? For now, everyone who has to bear the annoyed snap in my tone and incessant sighs combined with eye-rolling... I apologize in advance. Really.

Generally, my life is now committed to sitting for hours on end and adamantly resisting any ADD tendencies. I was able to sneak in some time prior to my stringent study schedule to go back to the park with Alex to shoot some "golden hour" photos. I actually got more exercise than expected...This dress has an eye-catching trim but makes it impossible to wear anything with seams underneath. Good thing I wasn't going anywhere in particular that day.
I'm now a proud new owner of an Ipad (grad/bday present), thanks to my fab bf <3

Life's an Adventure
F21 striped buttoned shirt | A&F shorts | Juicy Couture sunglasses
After three years, I've officially received my juris doctorate. I found the perfect grad dress (very last minute) at the Line & Dot sample sale... along with a few other excitingly everyday wearable items. I'm so utterly grateful to my mom for putting up with me the past 3 years... and the more she will deal with in the next grueling 2 months. Additionally, to my sisters who have been super supportive, and my bf who has held my hand through it all. Of course, my friends who have always been there for me. Life is definitely an adventure... As cliche as it sounds, I don't think I expected things to turn out as they did. Everything happens for a reason. I truly believe that and try to keep that in mind with every curve ball that happens to come my way.

I will cherish these mornings where I have ample time to do my hair, mosey around the kitchen, until finally leaving the house to "start" my day. I absolutely love low-budget outfits... especially when it all seems to work together. Also, who doesn't love the golden hour. On a separate note, there are just a few days left 'till graduation, and I realized I don't really have anything to wear... And, are they serious? no heels?

While I don't technically call this "freedom" just yet, the time from now until I start studying for the bar comes pretty close in comparison to last week. I snagged these shorts at the Urban Outfitters sample sale a few weeks back... I love a good printed bottom. It's just with printed tops that I struggle with. My sister is flying in from NYC this weekend... I can't wait~ Time for quality time. Also translated to going to the spa and getting my hair did.

I have 3 more to go, until freedom...for a week. This loose fit top is conducive to studying. Numerous hours of sitting, reading, and memorizing without worrying a dash of uncomfortable-ness. No worries about having to suck in, getting too hot, showing anything unnecessary, and still looking presentable (well, as presentable as you can be during finals).

It's finally over! I just finished my last class of law school. Now for manic studying to prepare for finals (4 in a row). I don't know what's going on with this gloomy weather, but it better get hot quick... I have a few days from the end of finals to graduation to rest up and soak up some vitamin D before I hibernate to the library for the summer to study for the bar.
