UO white sweater | Juicy Couture sunglasses | Old Navy swimsuit The weather has finally cooled down a bit... and waiting in the endless long line at the LF warehouse sale must've paid off because I've gotten so many compliments on this perfect fall jacket. Had a pretty uneventful Halloween weekend... was mostly spent girl-talking and eating. Best way to spend time. |

Summerish

UO white sweater | Juicy Couture sunglasses | Old Navy swimsuit Enjoyed the still not chilly weather a few weeks ago poolside. It's been years since I've bought a swimsuit... so I had to search drawer-bottoms to find an old bikini. Wanting to incorporate a bit more summertime looks into his portfolio, Alex persuaded me to wake up early on a Saturday after a late night to "pose" before meeting the bf for a late lunch. Few more looks to come! |

UO silk buttoned shirt and python oxfords | F21 striped shorts | Rayban cat sunglasses As usual, my weekend was spent via quality time with all my fave people. After waiting in an endlessly ridiculous line at the LF warehouse sale to walk out with the one perfect fall poncho jacket, I pretty useless for the rest of the day until I went out with some friends at night. The majority of Saturday was passed with studying at an expectedly overpriced yet serene coffee shop in Koreatown with Karina until I went for dinner at the Grove. This silk shirt from UO provides the perfect medium for teetering back and forth with dressy and casual...and these python oxfords are obviously comfy compared to my usual gravitation towards heels, and give just the slight heeled sole to make me closer to my ideal height while still wearing flats. I'm glad the grape tomatoes I bought at the usual neighborhood farmer's market near my house made it into the picture, which I basically popped into my mouth like m&ms. So sweet. Which reminds me, I need to buy Halloween candy for trick-or-treaters. New task. |

Just What I Needed
|
|
Esley Collection eternity scarf | Uniqlo jean leggings | H&M striped top | hooded sweater from Korea The majority of my weekend was allocated to quality time (minus saturday morning at school). Despite clothes for Fall/Winter season quickly filling all stores, I still haven't found any pieces that call out my name to add to my wardrobe. I ended up with a fascinator-like hat that'll possibly be worked around for a potential Halloween costume and some unexpected large earrings. I rarely wear earrings anymore, so I was surprised to see such a pair at F21 that made me want to rekindle that accessory romance. We'll see. They may just end up at the bottom of my jewelry drawer. In the meantime, hoping to conjure up some Halloween plans... catch up on some updated k-pop songs, and do some more...shopping. |

Nail Tutorial - Midnight Sky
|
|
ArynK cut out detail top | Cotton On striped skirt | F21 laced boots Quite the busy week.. mostly and obviously with schoolwork. Hence I'm basking in my slow-paced Friday, post-massage from last night. I'm more and more amazed at how much chewed gum is plastered on the sidewalks of Los Angeles. It's funny because I don't even realize it until I see the photos on my computer screen. With the little free time I had to breather from extensive reading, I managed to conjure up a lil sumthin' sumthin' for my otherwise boring nails while concurrently watching a re-run of Law and Order, SVU. I love purple. I simply took a darker shade and a more brighter shade to go with it. I first applied the dark bluish color, and then painted with the purple before the dark blue completely dried...and then did the same with a brighter magenta. Topped it off with some glitter polish to give it more bling than it actually needed. Overall pleased with my creation. Planning to hang out with the girls tonight after the bf reminded me several times that he had a boy's night...Apparently he thinks I may have forgotten and fears that I might make him do something unexpected. Boys. |

Cali Sunsets

F21 sweater, tank, and skirt | Zara boots It's Monday. Had a nonstop weekend with my girlfriends...from weho to downtown. Another shoot with Alex Song to pan out his portfolio. Then DineLA to Ruth Chris with my mommy where we had filet and lobster, with a chocolate cheese cake dessert. Yum. I have no motivation to do any schoolwork... and my Saturday will also unfortunately be spent at school. Everyone must be basking in their day off with the perfect weather here... if you work for the bank, courts, and maybe school I guess. I've also managed to create an entire outfit from dang F21 without arduous thought. I don't think it's notable, just... interesting. |

Tagging Along

Zara black dress | F21 lace up boots | RayBan cat sunglasses | LF Stores barrel necklace As in most relationships, it usually requires the bf's willingness to follow you around shopping, browsing, walking, or running some errands. This past Saturday was a role flip. Due to a need for a new lens and color calibrating gadget, I went with the bf to Calumet for his photography shopping necessities. As usual, as soon as we stepped out with the goods, it was right to testing it out. New fixed lens. Thereafter went for a late lunch to Blue Jam Cafe for their weekend brunch menu. And this dress, is super comfortable, and simple enough to dress up or down. Easy for a day like today. |
