When you have perfect lighting and a pretty
christmasy view, despite the
complaints of embarassment from my sister, pictures
had to be taken....haha.
Even the quaint display at BR was irresistably a photo
opportunity... sorry sis.
This oversized sweater is surprisingly warm
despite the quarter sleeves and kept me from
overly shivering even as
the night got colder...and as you can imagine
from any oversized sweater... super comfy.
That also applies to the boots. After having been
neglected and forgotten in my shoe closet,
they've emerged and have quickly become
my new fave for the winter.
Finally, after a quick how-to session from the bf,
I decided to endeavor in some photoshopping fun...
As he semi-hovered over my shoulder and
tried to give pointers as I clicked randomly, in
the end I would say it was successful.
Sigh... although by now I've been saying this like
a broken record... my winter break is
seriously going too quickly...

Is it already Christmas?

Christmas eve eve already. I know it's kinda chilly... but it

still doesn't really feel like xmas... i'm usually not

into polka-dots but... the overly exaggerated spots on this

sweater was undeniably appealing... thx mom!

I've been indulging in hot tea, actually putting on make-up in

the mornings, getting a pedicure though its too cold to wear

open-toe shoes, and having the bf follow me around

to take pics for my blog... haha.

I feel like the days are going by too quickly...

I've been meaning to do a tribute to Michael Jackson for a while...
Now that I finally have the time to display some of my fave
mj t-shirts... I was thrilled to see that the image I had imagined
in my head magically manifested.
If you, for some unexplainable reason, haven't seen
the movie yet... it's coming out on dvd on jan. 26. 2010.
watching it is a must.

Fajita Fiesta Birthday

Birthdays mean delicious mouth-watering cakes from Susina.

My sister threw a "fajita fiesta" at her place for her birthday...

Unfortunately my other sister (her twin) is still in nyc and

had to vicariously experience the birthday festivities

we engaged in...

I absolutely love these boots by Charlotte Ronson which

I got for a great deal... and can't get over how comfy they are...

And now that three grueling weeks of finals are

finally over... time for posting madness!

Studded Scarf

Finals are still looming over the minutes of my day...
But I couldn't resist the shopaholic urge to google this
amazing scarf that I saw some girl wearing
this afternoon... it was pretty easy to find but had to slightly
gasp when i saw the wallet-breaking price tag ($175)...
I'm still attempting to convince myself that the
dangling chains and studded detailing is totally worth it...
yet... pretty sure someone will shake their head at me
in disbelief... (someone = bf, sisters, amzy, tarapore)
