Just when I thought the weather was seriously cooling down,

I found myself not having to wear a sweater to

school today. I failed miserably trying to convince

my friend (Canadian... go figure) that it does

get cold in California... My bf took these photos during

one of several study breaks

after inquiring about whether wearing a million

layers is necessary and/or practical...

my answer... yes?

Late Dinner

After driving aimlessly to find somewhere to eat,
we decided to try the "place with the green door" on Melrose...
This place totally reminded me of a falafel place in Barcelona
and I fell in love as soon as I walked in and saw the toppings bar.
Unfortunately, we always forget to snap photos of the
actual food because we're so busy and excited to
shove it in our mouths. In any case, it was so good...
falafel with sweet potato fries...and the
jalapeno lemonade was simply the icing on the cake.
My bf got the cardigan from topshop a while back when
he was in nyc... he's happy it finally got the opportunity to
debut on the blog.

Goodbye Tiny's

random night out with the bf to catch a break from studying...
we walked up and down hollywood blvd to find this funky dive bar
called Tiny's that we went to before... only realizing mid-trek
that it closed down! :( (why didn't we look it up on his bb sooner?)
after a few drinks at a different bar,
the tipsy bf took some pictures... and these were
the few that were actually functional... hahaha
(note to self: next time remember to take
pictures before the drinks. duh~)

Bombay Burger

there are certain places where a burger is

worth more than 10bucks.

On our way to drop off my sister, we stopped for a late lunch at

26Beach in Venice.

It is absolutely crucial to try a burger here, not to mention

the outright charming decor...

i wish more photos were taken... but it was quite busy...

maybe due to being one of the warmer days in october...
